The second location of the family restaurant brand, Nirmanz 2.0 pays homage to Chef Nirman’s time during his culinary schooling. Chef first attended the IHM of Ahmedabad, India and then furthered his experience at the Rambagh Palace of Jaipur. While working in Jaipur, Chef Nirman fell in love with the traditions and the richness of the culture that surrounded him. In this extension of Nirmanz, Chef combines his past experiences and famous Indian delicacies to present flavorful dishes with his own authentic twists that he is known for. Upon entering, diners will be given a taste of a modern, traditional setting that is a personal remembrance to Chef’s nostalgic start to his restaurateur journey.
